Communication – All our regional head quarters have the facility of email in addition to dedicated telephone lines/Fax for easy communication. We have a system of where the proof of deliveries and undelivered shipments is updated through email on a daily basis, which is mailed across to all the hubs and regional offices for reference.

Track & Trace – This is a web based tracking facility which enables you to track your shipments from the point of pick up till the delivery at the destination, In addition to this We would also provide you with pickup details on a daily basis through soft copy for your immediate reference.

Turn around Time – We would update you on the status of your undelivered shipments within maximum period of 24hrs from the time of pick up of the consignment for all major cities and satellite towns and a maximum of 48-72hrs for all the interior destinations.

Handling of Packages – Through our dedicated staffs each and every shipment is handled in a proper and safe way from the point of pickup to the point of delivery, which in other words would enhance your company’s image.

Pick up of consignment & Delivery System – It has been one of our strengths in employing educated and dedicated manpower to handle pickup of couriers and cargo. Status on all undelivered shipments with reasons would be updated on a daily basis for your reference. We have introduced a regular training program for our courier staff to meet our client’s requirements from time to time, which enhances their motivation levels.
